ITIL is not new process in our company in fact; we are implementing ITIL objectives in the organization. One thing that pays my attention was on customer survey or the customer feedback. After I’ve raised an issue to our service desk and services completed, I received an automated customer survey feedback thru email regarding the quality of services rendered. As far as I can recall, I think I have responded to automated customer survey twice and deleted the customer survey email most of the time because we have a local way of conducting customer survey and feedback to our customers. After completing the ITIL v3 Foundation course on Nov. 17-19, 2008, I have learned that the customer survey and feedback was very important to analyze and improve the services to our customers. The survey and feedback would serve as a baseline on how we can serve our customers better.
